Orders can only be cancelled by calling 800-624-4403 from 9am-5pm (EST) Mon-Fri. or send email to info@suntropic.com.
However, if shipment has already been assigned a UPS or FedEx tracking number we will be unable to stop the shipment and it will be delivered within 3-7 business days.
RETURNS:
- All sales are final and returns are only for items that may have been shipped incorrectly, defective or damaged in shipment.
- Returns must be accompanied by an RGA (Returned Goods Authorization) number issued by Sun Tropic Pools, Inc. and printed on the outside of the package.
- Packages returned without RGA will be refused credit.
- No collect freight return packages will be accepted.
- Return freight is the purchaser\'s responsibility.
- We reserve the right to substitute an item of equal or better quality when we are out of stock on certain items to prevent delay in receiving your order.

EXTREMELY IMPORTANT:
PLEASE INSPECT ALL PACKAGES UPON RECEIPT: If your order appears to have arrived damaged, inspect the contents. If you find that it has been damaged REFUSE SHIPMENT and it will be returned without further cost to you and your order will be replaced immediately! If there are shortages or incorrect items in the order after inspection, you must notify us by email to info@suntropic.com or call 859-236-2022 within 3 business days of the delivered date. Sun Tropic, Inc. will not be responsible after this time, NO EXCEPTIONS!
We Recycle Boxes We reuse product packaging to ship items. Thus, the packaging that your order came in may have product images and labeling that do not match what is inside. So, do not conclude an order is wrong by looking at the exterior of the packaging. Please open and inspect thoroughly the interior of the package to verify your order before contacting Sun Tropic Pools. Thank you.
